Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Contract

TII headquarters based at Parkgate Business Centre, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 has a requirement for a services contractor for servicing, maintaining & responding to callouts & carrying out repairs as required to the A/C equipment in Block’s A, B, C in Parkgate Street & in the System Test Room building at the Red Cow. Block A and B is one combined building internally, although they have separate plant rooms and roof equipment. Block A and B are displayed separately on the BMS and can be controlled separately. The same applies to Block C. TII currently have 350 staff located at these three office blocks at Parkgate Business Centre. Other facility related services will be required, these will be detailed in the tender documents.
