Description
The retail service to be provided is the supply of goods to the mini supermarket ‘Shop’, ‘The Student Store’ and ‘Mega Van’ outlets on site in a given space determined by the University. Please note all you are require to do at this stage is complete the PQQ and return on the due date. The attached tender documents are for information purposes only. The University will purchase a minimum of 70 % (in GBP's) of supplies from the contractor. A maximum of 30 % of the value of purchases are to be at the University's discretion on supplier choice and on product. This is to ensure competitive edge, University branded stock. These figures exclude exclusive items such as e-pay, Oyster etc. The contractor will stock a varied and comprehensive range of products to meet the requirements of students and staff living, studying and/or working on campus. The full range of products will be determined by the contractor and the University to maximise sales.
