The contract will be awarded based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), evaluated as follows:Price – 60%Quality – 40%Quality will consider technical specification, delivery and installation capability, warranty and after-sales support, relevant experience, and overall alignment with the project requirements.
