Construction and Development DPS

Description

We are tendering a DPS for Construction and Development Works. The DPS will run for 4 years. If successful, you will have the opportunity to consider local and regional contracts through Further Competition Contracts called off may, where appropriate, exceed the duration of the DPS. The DPS may be accessed by: - All corporate Members of SEC Procurement Limited from time to time; and - All other public bodies and contracting authorities (as defined in UK public procurement legislation) who enter into an Access Agreement with SEC Procurement Limited to access the DPS - referred to in the DPS Agreement as Associate Members.
