Description

The UKSC will set up a Change Programme with an agile delivery team that encompasses the skills its needs, from business change to technology. The Programme will build the new digital service iteratively, with user input and testing throughout. This iterative approach is fundamentally different to how projects and programmes have traditionally been delivered at the UKSC and represents a step change in delivery capability, risk reduction, and assurance. The agile approach will emphasise the delivery of working functionality and allow the programme to re-prioritise as required based on actuals.
