CADDICK CONSTRUCTION (NW) LIMITED

Description

The university is seeking to procure a contractor to build its brand-new campus in Barrow-in-Furness. The site is located on Barrow Island and is within BAE's site boundary, with local residences and allotments nearby. The site will sit outside of BAE's secure zone, so free access will be available to construct the proposed project. The project will provide a purpose built two-storey facility off Buccleuch Dock Road, Barrow Island. The works area will be within an enclave, fenced off by British Aerospace (BAE) as part of a separate enabling pack, which is currently underway.
