Description

The Contracting Authority (NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board) has awarded a compliant Call-Off Contract to Granicus-Firmstep Limited (for provision of ICS website hosting Engagement platform (Virtual Views) under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14) in accordance with the Framework Guidance and Rules. The scope of this service includes a community and engagement platform, where local residents can share their views, experiences and ideas, and they can provide feedback about local NHS health and care services. The contract commences 27th September 2025 and expires 26th September 2028, a duration of 3 years. The aggregate contract value awarded is £97,200.00 inc VAT (£81,000 Exc. VAT). This represents £32,400.00 for the each of the 3 years 27.09.2025 - 26.09.2028. This Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements for sub-central contracting authorities, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts where the contract value is at least £30,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, which govern the Framework Agreement his Call-Off Contract is associated with.
