This project is an emergency works mechanical project that entails upgrading works to the existing boilerhouse and heating centre for the Dowley Building in St. Vincent's Castleknock College. The works include replacing the existing boilers in the boilerhouse of the Dowley Building with new gas condensing boilers in a cascade arrangement, new flues to suit the new boilers, new MCC controls system, new pumps, new heating services pipework, new gas services pipework, new heating plant, etc. Refer to the Invitation Letter and the documents attached to this advertisement for a detailed description of what works are to be completed.
