Description

Direct award of community phlebotomy services for West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group(Contracting Authority). The Contracting Authority is awarding directly to Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Hampshire Healthcare, Eastleigh Southern Parishes Network, and Tri Locality Care (TLC) Ltd. The value of the contract is based on a 3-year award, with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. Direct award of Community Phlebotomy Services for West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group (Contracting Authority), as per the previously published prior information notice (2020/S 058-140373). An accessible and convenient community phlebotomy service has been established across West Hampshire. Patients have retained the choice of accessing phlebotomy services in the community or in outpatient clinics within hospitals. An appropriate combination of both urgent and routine appointments are available during the working week, and on Saturdays, meeting the needs of the local population. Following a transparent, compliant and auditable process, the Contracting Authority is awarding directly to Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Hampshire Healthcare, Eastleigh Southern Parishes Network, and Tri Locality Care (TLC) Ltd. The value of the contract is based on a 3-year award, with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months.
