Framework agreement for mobile telephones and additional equipment

Framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of mobile telephones and additional equipment for Vestfold and Telemark County. Purpose of the procurement Vestfold og Telemark County (hereafter VTFK, the contracting authority, or customer) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for mobile telephones (smartphones) and additional equipment. The need for mobile telephones and additional equipment applies to several different county units and entities; sixth form colleges, dental health, transport, county administration, etc. Tenderers must be able to offer physical equipment and software in accordance with the contracting authority's orders, as well as accompanying services if required. The equipment offered through this contract must be solely new equipment. This contract does not apply to mobile subscriptions. The framework agreement/contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time, to a maximum period of 4 years. The aim of this framework agreement is to develop good cooperation with tenderers so that the contracting authority gets the necessary equipment of the right quality delivered quickly at the agreed price. Emphasis will be put on a broad assortment in order to cover the contracting authority's need, as well as a focus on climate and environmentally friendly solutions, such as possibilities for repairs and a good returns scheme. Further details on the contract is in Annex A The value and scope of the contract The total estimated value of the contract: NOK 45,000,000. The value is an estimate based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent services for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The value must be considered as an estimate and is not binding. The framework agreement/contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time, to a maximum period of 4 years.
