Rogaland County and Kolumbus AS would like a new telephony solution. This solution will be implemented through a new framework agreement, which will include the procurement of mobile telephones, mobile telephone traffic, and a solution for a cloud based Call Centre. The contracting authority is looking for good solutions that improve and make availability and interaction more efficient. The solutions that are delivered must be future orientated, have high quality, and good availability. Lot 1: Rogaland County and Kolumbus AS would like a new telephony solution. This solution will be implemented through a new framework agreement, which will include the procurement of mobile telephones, mobile telephone traffic, and a solution for a cloud based Call Centre. The procurement is split into three parts, and the mutual weighting in the final evaluation of th tenderers will be as follows: • Mobile telephony services: 33 % (price 40%, coverage 40%, self-service system 20%.) • Call Center: 33 % (price 50%, functionality and user friendliness 50%.) • Mobile telephones with accessories: 34 % (price 30%, self-service system 50%, quality 20%.)
