Description
The Newspaper Licencing Authority (NLA) licence allows us to access and circulate media coverage to members of the board, executive team and staff around the Service. Having an NLA licence is a legal requirement, without it we would be breaching copyright law by viewing and circulating media coverage internally. The following regulation applies: re 32, b, 2, ii - competition is absent for technical reasons.
