The Bank of England is looking to conduct an open tender procedure in 2023 for a Technology Support Services Framework. Many of the Bank's critical functions and processes rely upon the Technology infrastructure and systems the Bank has in place. The maintenance, development and continuous innovation of these systems is critical for the Bank's future operations. Alongside the Bank's technology staff, utilising industry experts as necessary. The Bank wishes to set up a multi-Lot, multi-supplier framework agreement with successful Bidders for the provision of services to support the various functions of the Bank's Technology Directorate. The Bank anticipates that the successfully appointed suppliers will provide both resource augmentation and project delivery services on-site at the Bank's various premises as well as off-site where appropriate and agreed by the Bank. The framework will be in place for four years and is a series of zero-commit Agreements with Technology suppliers. Requirements will be called off over the Term and as such the contract value represents a maximum spend over this period, on this Framework. The Framework will be split across the following 9 Lots: 1. SAP 2. Cloud 3. Enterprise 4. Data 5. Networks 6. Infrastructure 7. Architecture and Consultancy 8. Service Integrators 9.
