CA17758 - Hopwood Hall College - Provision of Uniforms and Kits

Description

This contract relates to the supply of college uniforms and associated kits. All items will be purchased directly by students or their parents/carers, with provision made for the use of bursary funding where applicable. Suppliers must operate a physical retail outlet, or be able to provide access to a physical shop within the local area of the college. In addition, suppliers must offer an online purchasing facility with full e commerce functionality and a straightforward process for managing returns online. All returns must be processed free of charge to both students and the college. The contract will be awarded for an initial term of 12 months, with an option to extend for a further period of 4 x 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
