Provision of Quality Control Services and Technical Assistance in the Field of Building Maintenance and Operations

Description

The purpose of the contract is: — to ensure the quality control of the services provided by the maintenance contract service provider; and — to provide technical and administrative assistance to the Bank in connection to the monitoring of the services delivered by the maintenance contract service provider. In line with detailed description of the technical requirements set out in the document Annex A, Part II. The contract will include a fixed part (domain I) and a variable part (domain II) for the performance of on-demand tasks, aiming at covering needs identified during the contract execution. The intended service contract will be awarded to a single tenderer. Lot 1: Important note The facilities maintenance project will be composed of the following set of contracts: 1. provision of facilities maintenance services: multi-technical, multi-services and multi-sites (not subject to this call for tenders, already tendered separately and referenced CFT-1647, see eTendering – Data (europa.eu)); 2. regulatory controls services, covering compulsory inspections required by the ‘Inspection des Travaux et des Mines’ (ITM) and the Luxembourg's Ministry of Environment (not subject to this call for tenders, eTendering – Data (europa.eu)); 3. quality control and technical assistance for facility management (subject to this call for tenders). These three contracts are subject to individual calls for tenders, to be published separately. The selected service providers shall be independent from each other due to the nature of the services requested, and shall not be awarded more than one contract among the three above-mentioned ones. For the sake of clarity, in this document, ‘the maintenance contract service provider’ means the future service provider awarded by the Bank the contract related to the first call for tender in the above-list (facilities maintenance services). The contract will include a fixed part (domain I) and a variable part (domain II) for the performance of on-demand tasks, aiming at covering needs identified during the contract execution. The intended service contract will be awarded to a single tenderer. A mandatory site visit will be organised by the Bank and will take place approximatively 1 (one) calendar month after the date of publication of the call for tenders.
