SPS-10961 HMP Greenock Roofing (Phase 2)

Description

SPS are looking to appoint a Contractor for the phase 2 roof refurbishment at HMP Greenock, this will entail removal of an existing felt roofing system to the front of house - estates and visits roof areas, and replace with a new tapered insulated bitumen membrane roof system. SPS expect this work to begin in February 2027 through to late Spring 2027. Lot 1: The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the Single Procurement Document (SPD) will be published by SPS via PCS-T and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
