High Level Communal Repair Works, inc. Roofing and Chimneys Lot 1: Hillcrest will shortly be issuing a High Level Repair Works tender. We are looking for an experienced and suitable resourced contractor to tender for this opportunity. We anticipate the tender documents will be available on PCS in early September. This contract will involve carrying out repair works to high level communal areas including roofs and chimneys. The successful contractor will be required to erect scaffolding for access, and carry out all remedial works. Resident and public safety is paramount in the planning and execution of these works.
