Plymouth Adults’ Care Home Framework Reopening (2)

Plymouth City Council is reopening the Invitation to Tender (ITT) to invite new providers, as well as those who were not previously successful in securing a place on the original Plymouth Adults’ Care Home Framework. This opportunity is open to registered residential and nursing care homes (with a PL postcode) that provide accommodation and care for individuals requiring support due to age, disability, or health conditions. The Council is carrying out this tender process in line with the Procurement Act 2023 (“the Act”) under a Light Touch contract. *** This is the reopening of the Framework at the second 3 month Interval *** which will provide an opportunity for additional organisations to apply to join the framework. The services offered by the Provider will range from assistance with daily living tasks to comprehensive nursing care for those with complex medical needs. Care homes should promote safety, dignity, and quality of life, while ensuring that People who draw on care and support receive tailored support to meet their individual needs. The Authority has split its requirement into lots: Lot One Residential Care Home with or without Nursing Services (with a PL postcode) Lot Two Residential Care Home with or without Nursing Services with innovation (with a PL postcode) A supplier may tender for one Lot or can also submit a combination tender covering more than one (or all) Lots Keywords: Care Home, Nursing, Residential
