Award of Provision of Fit-Out and Supply of Furniture for the Life Sciences Innovation Centre

The Life Sciences Innovation Centre is due to open in November 2022. This is a new building which is located in Inverness. The Life Sciences Innovation Centre will be occupied by University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI), and Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). The building is currently unfurnished, and as such, both UHI and HIE have a requirement for a Contractor to propose a fit-out, and supply furniture in respect of the proposed fit out. This Mini Competition is split into three (3) Lots as below: Lot 1 – Fit out and Supply of Furniture for UHI area of building Lot 2 – Fit out and Supply of Furniture for Shared Areas of building Lot 3 - Fit out and Supply of Furniture for Reception area The fit-out requires to be completed by 16th December 2022.
