Ramsvigtunet - divided contracts

Description

Stavanger municipality, c/o avdeling Utbygging, shall carry out a tender contest for the development of Ramsvigtunet nursing home. Ramsvigtunet consists of sheltered accommodation flats and nursing home buildings divided in two separate buildings. The north-east facing buildings , shaped like a T, has been demolished to make room for a new addition which will be the construction stage 1 of 2 to increase capacity by a total of over 100 nursing home places at Ramsvigtunet. Moreover, works shall be done for the existing buildings, where the main entrance will be relocated. See further description in notes and drawings concerning works for the existing buildings. Lot 1: E01 - Ground, concrete and steel works as well as prefabrication and roofing The tender contest includes: - Rigging and operation - Ground works - Concrete work - Steel work - Insulation and roofing works - Outdoor water and sewage works A site inspection will be held Friday 26 November, between 09:00 - 10:00.
