Description

The competition concerns a contract for the delivery of advisory/consulting services in the areas of software development, information modeling and operation in connection with the development and management of FINT for 18 county municipalities. The main assignment will be to assist Vigo IKS to develop and manage FINT. The assignments will i.a. consist of: — information modeling, — design and development of the core functionality in the system, — operation of the system. FINT is a platform developed by the country municipalities to make data in the professional systems available in a uniform manner through standardised information models and API. The need for assistance will vary greatly during the contract period. The Contracting Authority anticipated an annual volume of 2 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding. If possible, three or more parallel Framework Agreements will be entered into. For further information refer to Part 2, description of need. Lots and alternative tenders: Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 [FOA §19-4] and has decided to allow parallel Framework Agreements.
