Co-purchasing contract for catering (reserved contract)

Description

The contract is for catering, including hot and cold food, as well as cakes and bakery products for the municipality's entities. The contract is non-exclusive for both the contracting authority and the tenderer. The procurement will be restricted to entities or programmes that have a primary objective of integrating disabled or disadvantaged persons into the working life. This only applies when at least 30% of the employees, or alternatively those who provide the main service, have a disability or are disadvantaged, cf. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 8-8.
