Responsive repairs, voids and aids and adaptations

Albyn Housing Society are awarding a framework agreement for responsive repairs, voids repairs and minor aids and adaptations across their 3,686 properties in the Scottish Highlands. The framework is split into lots; plumbing, joinery, electrical, painting and decorating, roofing, general builder, specialist cleaning and multi-trade. Albyn engaged a procurement consultant (Caughey Solutions Ltd) to ensure accessibility by all contractors including hosting of an online workshop with a full walkthrough of what tenderers were required to do. Lot 1: Plumbing Contractors will be required to carry out responsive repairs and potentially voids and aids and adaptations. Contractors will indicate which areas of the Scottish Highlands they can service. Lot 2: Joinery Contractors will be required to carry out responsive repairs and potentially voids and aids and adaptations. Contractors will indicate which areas of the Scottish Highlands they can service. Lot 3: Electrical works Contractors will be required to carry out responsive repairs and potentially voids and aids and adaptations. Contractors will indicate which areas of the Scottish Highlands they can service. Lot 4: Painting and decorating Contractors will be required to carry out responsive repairs and potentially voids and aids and adaptations. Contractors will indicate which areas of the Scottish Highlands they can service. Lot 5: Roofing works Contractors will be required to carry out responsive repairs and potentially voids and aids and adaptations. Contractors will indicate which areas of the Scottish Highlands they can service. Lot 6: General builder works Contractors will be required to carry out responsive repairs and potentially voids and aids and adaptations. Contractors will indicate which areas of the Scottish Highlands they can service. Lot 7: Specialist cleaning Contractors will be required to carry out responsive repairs and potentially voids and aids and adaptations.
