Description

The Trust has Caradigm single sign on infrastructure solution implemented, it has been fully embedded for staff use for a number of years. Single sign on is used by both Acute and Community staff groups to access their main applications and clinical IT systems. Imprivata acquired Caradigm in 2017 and have advised they will be bringing the product to end of life and thus support for the current SSO solution will cease. In accordance with “The Donaldson Report: Right Time, Right Place (2015)” and based upon a “Once for Northern Ireland” approach the Trust wishes to migrate to the Imprivata solution that is currently well established and utilised within the other Health Service Trusts within Northern Ireland.
