Delivery of mobility solution to Halden kommune [Halden Municipality] - Prequalification documentation

Description

Halden kommune [Halden Municipality] needs a mobility solution that takes care of the basics - that through a digital solution available as an app, employees have access to relevant means of transportation to work-related travel during the day in the time period 07:30 - 16:30. It must also be possible for the public to use the solution past this time period. Lot 1: The procedure ‘Competitive Dialogue’ will be used in this procure and Halden Municipality will enter into a contract with a main supplier (SPOC) who will be responsible for installing, adapting, implementing and operating solutions required to be able to deliver in-line with the described needs and perspectives. The Municipality would like to see multiple suppliers combine so that tenderers can develop and present an optimal and comprehensive system, where relevant data streams seamlessly in a general top system for among other things, analysis, statistics and decision support. During the commencement of the contract period, Halden Municipality wants the following vehicles included in the tender: 15 electric vehicles with a minimum range of 25 miles 2 of the vehicles must be goods vans with trailers 1 of the vehicles must be have 7 seats 5 vehicles must have a WLFTP range of over 40 miles (Final distribution and number will be decided prior to entering into contract.
