Fusion21 has developed a construction works and improvements framework that will provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Fusion21 Members (including but not exclusive to property owners in the housing, education, health, local government, central government and blue light sectors) to save money and generate social value through a range of internal and external refurbishment works, this includes a separate Lot for design and build type works. Lots are broken down by sector, value band and geographical regions. Works may be completed to the internal and external areas of any existing assets, building and any other property and related assets owned, rented, leased by any of the members who may use this framework, or on property and related assets in which any of the members may have an interest at the time or prospectively. Intended works will cover but will not be limited to: — refurbishment, — regeneration, — stock improvement programmes, — fit-out, — change of use, — modernisation, — upgrade works. The types of buildings covered by this lot includes, but is not limited to, schools (nursery, primary, middle, secondary), colleges and universities (including adult education, lecture theatres, research facilities, halls of residence). This lot is split in to 2 value bands: up to 2 000 000 GBP and over 2 000 000 GBP. Works may be completed to the internal and external areas of any existing assets, buildings and any other property and related assets owned, rented, leased by any of the Members who may use this framework, or on property and related assets in which any of the Members may have an interest at the time or prospectively. Intended works will cover but will not be limited to: — Refurbishment — Regeneration — Stock Improvement Programmes — Fit-Out — Change of Use — Modernisation — Upgrade Works The types of buildings covered by this Lot includes, but is not limited to, Hospitals (including teaching centres), mental health facilities (including high dependency units), health care surgeries (including primary care), nursing and other care homes (including senior living). This Lot is split in to 2 value bands: up to GBP2million and over 2million. Works may be completed to the internal and external areas of any existing assets, buildings and any other property and related assets owned, rented, leased by any of the Members who may use this framework, or on property and related assets in which any of the Members may have an interest at the time or prospectively. Intended works will cover but will not be limited to: — Refurbishment — Regeneration — Stock Improvement Programmes — Fit-Out — Change of Use — Modernisation — Upgrade Works The types of buildings covered by this Lot includes, but is not limited to, civic buildings (council, town halls, courts), office buildings and mixed use, retail (including markets and shopping centres), exhibition space (including museums, planetarium), libraries (including record offices and archives), theatres (including conference halls, concert halls and cinemas), community centres (including youth clubs and visitor centres) and sports and recreation centres (including stadiums, racecourses, pools). This Lot is split in to 2 value bands: up to GBP2million and over 2million. Works may be completed to the internal and external areas of any existing assets, building, estates and any other property and related assets owned, rented, leased or developed by any of the Members who may use this framework, or on property and related assets in which any of the Members may have an interest at the time or prospectively. The works and services will comprise all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical and services works and may include design and other services as required for design and build works or construction. We anticipate this would be focussed on design & permissions and construction phases. In addition to the works covered within the scope of Lot 1 further works will cover but will not be limited to: — Extension of Existing Structures — Conversion of Existing Structures — Alterations to Existing Structures — New Builds — Extra Care Schemes — Roof Top Developments — Infill Developments — Housing Regeneration Schemes which include the Provision of Additional Housing Capacity This Lot is split between 2 value bands: up to GBP5million and over 5million. Works may be completed to the internal and external areas of any existing assets, building, estates and any other property and related assets owned, rented, leased or developed by any of the Members who may use this framework, or on property and related assets in which any of the Members may have an interest at the time or prospectively. The works and services will comprise all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical and services works and may include design and other services as required for design and build works or construction. We anticipate this would be focussed on design & permissions and construction phases.
