Framework Agreement for Provision of Audit Services of development and humanitarian aid projects

Description

The aim of the tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with several suppliers to carry out audit services for the purpose of auditing financial reports of humanitarian and development projects (or awards) funded by various institutional donors, mainly the programmes funded by the European Union (i.e. DG INTPA or the Directorate-General for International Partnerships, DG NEAR or the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations); Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF); German institutional donors; Czech institutional donors, etc. Lot 1: The result of the public contract will be a four-year framework agreement for project audits in the period of 2022 - 2025. The framework agreement will be concluded as a fixed price contract and with multiple suppliers (cascade system). Partial public contracts will be awarded, resp. subcontracts will be concluded on the basis of a framework agreement in accordance with the procedure without renewal of the competition pursuant to Section 134 of the PPA. The contracting authority expects multiple audits to be performed in each of the two categories annually under the public contract. The timing and the volume of the audits is always dependent on the project cycle and the donor conditions. The detail description of the subject of the public contract is provided in the binding draft of framework agreement which is attached as Annex No. 2. For the purposes of filling in this form only, the estimated value was converted into Czech crowns at the CNB exchange rate as of the date of sending the notice of commencement of the tender procedure for publication.
