Description

The contracting authority is a non-US nongovernmental organisation implementing predominantly humanitarian and development projects. The scope of the public contract concerns audit services for the purpose of auditing the Fund Accountability Statements (or otherwise audit of financial statements) of humanitarian and development projects (or awards) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and its affiliated programmes Food For Peace (FFP) and Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA). The contracting authority is a non-US nongovernmental organisation implementing predominantly humanitarian and development projects. The scope of the public contract concerns audit services for the purpose of auditing the Fund Accountability Statements (or otherwise audit of financial statements) of humanitarian and development projects (or awards) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and its affiliated programmes Food For Peace (FFP) and Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA). The result of this public contract will be a 4-year framework agreement for annual audits in the period of 2021-2024. The scope of work is based on the requirement of the donor USAID for the recipient contracted audits in accordance with auditing standards stated in the ADS Chapter 591 — financial audits of USAID contractors, recipients, and host government entities based on the §200.514 of the Code of Federal Regulations of the United States of America and in accordance with The Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). Each annual audit is further governed by a statement of work approved by USAID which serve as terms of reference for specific audits.
