Tenders are requested for the delivery of 2 trolley washers to the new Liva Building at Førde Central Hospital [Norwegian: HFØ]. The contract also includes an option for an annual service agreement, service courses for medical technical personnel, 4 operations trolleys, as well as a framework agreement for the delivery of machine-dependent chemistry/soap if needed. Th3 estimated value including all options is NOK 3,200,000, excluding VAT. See Annex 2 - Requirements Specification and Annex 1 - Price Sheet for further details. Lot 1: Tenders are requested for the delivery of 2 trolley washers to the new Liva Building at Førde Central Hospital [Norwegian: HFØ]. The New Førde Hospital project is subject to development and the scheduled start of test operation is in March 2024. To avoid discrepancies in relation to the turnkey contractor's progress plan, the Contracting Authority wants machines to be available and ready for installation at short notice. The planned assembly and installation for the machines is during Autumn 2023. This can lead to the machines being delivered somewhat before they are to be assembled. The contracting authority has storage facilities available for interim storage, c.f. Annex 8 - Special requirements for procurement of equipment, point 2.1. We therefore draw attention to the agreement's chapter 4.3 on invoicing and payment conditions.
