Bulk supply and delivery of raw or treated water. Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig (DCC) trading as Welsh Water (henceforth DCC) is the appointed water and sewerage company for an area covering much of Wales, Herefordshire and Deeside. Within our area we operate 24 Water Resource Zones (‘WRZs’). Our Water Resources Plan 2014 describes how we will maintain a supply surplus compared to forecast demand over the planning period to 2050 within these zones. DCC are actively seeking to secure future water supplies through engaging with interested third parties who could offer solutions in the form of bulk raw or treated water supplies. The identified areas are: Pembrokeshire (~1 — 10 Ml/d) Tywyn Aberdyfi (~ 0.1 — -.5 Ml/d) North Eryri Ynys Mon (~1 — 10 Ml/D) SEWCUS (South East Wales Conjunctive Use System) (~2 — 30 Ml/d) DCC will compile a register of interested third parties as a result of this Notice, however, also reserves the right to include third parties who have not responded directly to this Notice and enter into future supply arrangements following any subsequent procurement process. DCC will review all submissions and, if deemed appropriate, commence a procurement process involving qualification and technical stages. This Notice does not preclude DCC from issuing a Contract Notice for specific requirements and reserves the right to separately procure any of the supplies referred to in this Notice. Please note, unless specifically stated otherwise, DCC shall not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by interested third parties responding to this Notice.
