Description

Connected (comprising Octavia Housing, Origin Housing and Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) wish to establish a three lot Consultancy Framework of Architects, Employer's Agents (inc. Project Managers and Cost Consultants) and Clerk of Works to provide construction consultancy services during their c. GBP 450 m 4-year development programme (c.GBP 200 m of this value will be attributed to Connected's projects, c.GBP 150 m to S106 projects (for Lot 2 and Lot 3 only) and c.GBP 100 m to additional framework users (see VI.3)). Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. They also deliver regeneration schemes. Connected produce new homes using a variety of procurement routes including works contracts, development agreements and joint ventures. Typical project schemes range from c.GBP 4.5 m to c.GBP 15 m in value although they can also be outside of this range. The Connected Partnership is seeking to procure a consultants framework, to include one lot (Lot 3) for clerk of works services to support their upcoming 4-year development programme.
