A contractor is required to provide input into the final pre-construction stages, working with the appointed design team through RIBA Stage 4 providing a final tender for the Council's consideration and decision on whether to progress to construction (RIBA Stages 5 through 7).. This is an award of pre-construction services following a mini competition utilising Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Construction Works and Associated Services Framework (Ref: RM6088) – Lot 2.4: Construction Works and Associated Services – Scotland.
