This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) ONLY in relation to identify a suitable multi-disciplined IT service provider to provide Consultancy, Development and Support Services to support the implementation of the SEAI Data Strategy and Data Governance Programme. The estimated contract value is €1,800,000 excl. VAT. The contract will be for a maximum of five years. Please DO NOT Respond to this Notice. It is a Prior Information Notice only. Further information, when it becomes available, will be published on www.etenders.gov.ie Lot 1: This is a prior information notice to identify a suitable multi-disciplined IT service provider to provide Consultancy, Development and Support Services to support the implementation of the SEAI Data Strategy and Data Governance Programme. The successful Tenderer will provide consultancy and support services in the set up and running of key information initiatives to embed data governance into the organisation via a Data Governance Programme. Initiatives include agreeing the organisational data governances structures, roles and responsibilities; creating an internal Data Analytics Hub to support business programmes in identifying and implementing data analytic solutions to gain insights from their data; a Data Skill Programme to upskill SEAI personnel in the use of visualisation and data analytics tools to self-serve reporting needs; a Data Quality Programme to monitor and manage data quality across the organisation; creating a new cloud-based modern data platform to meet the reporting needs of SEAI; and developing Master, Reference and Metadata Management solutions.
