Secure storage and distribution facility for Careers Wales

Careers Wales are seeking to appoint a secure storage and distribution facility for our promotional materials and printed stock. The contract is likely to start in June 2026 for a 3-year duration. In our current storage facility, we have 53 pallets, but this number may fluctuate. Current product lines include large and small items, including, but are not limited to: Large items: • Marquees • Chairs • Tables • Exhibition panels Stock levels of these items are minimal. Smaller items classed as ‘giveaway items’ include: • Leaflets • Pens • Paper bags Stock levels of these items are generally high, 10,000 pens for example.
