ESPO are seeking Audio and video content creation including the management and hosting of this, to enhance customer experience across ESPO's contact centre touchpoints. Please refer to the Request for Quotation documents for further details - please ensure that you access the RFQ Event / Activity (Activity summary screen) for these once an Expression of interest ('register interest’) has been completed. The Contract will be established for an initial period of three years (36 months) with an option to extend at ESPO’s sole discretion for a further period or periods up to a total of two additional years (24 months), taking the contract term to a maximum of 5 years (60 months). The total estimated value stated includes this option to extend the contract as noted here.
