Prior Information Notice (PIN) to advise that Fingal County Council (“the Council”) intends to initiate a tender competition in the coming months to seek an economic operator to develop a sustainable, mixed tenure residential development on Council owned lands at Ballymastone, Donabate, Co. Dublin. Interested parties are requested to monitor https://www.etenders.gov.ie/ and/or the Official Journal of the European Union (ted.europa.eu) for the competitions. This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition — a call for competition may be placed within the next 12 months. A Market Soundings Questionnaire is attached. Respondents are encouraged to provide feedback and to complete and return the Questionnaire to the Project Talamh Office in Fingal County Council by email only to: project.talamh@fingal.ie by close of business 17:00 on 31.8.2018.
