Award of Minor Works ( Glasgow Office) For Audit Scotland

Audit Scotland has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Minor Works Service in the Glasgow Office.Works are minor alterations and refurbishment to an existing suite on the 4th floor of premises at 8 Nelson Mandela Place Glasgow. Audit Scotland has recently expanded their office space in Glasgow with the lease of the North Suite at Nelson Mandela Place and some minor alterations are required to make the suite suitable for Audit Scotland’s requirements. Minor alterations are also required to the existing South Suite office.Downtakings throughout floor and erection of new partitions as well as new finishes are required as well as new furniture, fixtures and equipment to suit new proposed layout. Associated alterations and additions to the existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure to suit new layout.It is expected that works will be carried out inside normal working hours.
