Arbeidstilsynet (the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority) needs to improve ICT tools for goal and performance management. It is therefore desirable to have a common digital tool (software) used by department directors, section managers, support functions and other employees for goal and performance management. Lot 1: The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority wants to sign a contract with a tenderer who can offer software that can offer an ICT tool for goal and performance management. The software will be delivered as a software as a service (SaaS). The framework agreement will also include set-up and different training assignments.
