Description

Connected (comprising Octavia Housing, Origin Housing and Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) wish to establish a three lot consultancy framework of architects, employer's agents (inc. Project Managers and Cost Consultants) and clerk of works to provide construction consultancy services during their c.GBP 450 m 4-year development programme (c.GBP 200 m of this value will be attributed to Connected's projects, c.GBP 150 m to S106 projects (for Lot 2 and Lot 3 only) and c.GBP 100 m to additional framework users (see VI.3)). Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both connected-led and section 106 schemes. They also deliver regeneration schemes. Connected produce new homes using a variety of procurement routes including works contracts, development agreements and joint ventures. Typical project schemes range from c.GBP 4.5m to c.GBP 15m in value although they can also be outside of this range. The connected partnership is seeking to procure a consultants framework, to include one lot (Lot 3) for clerk of works services to support their upcoming 4-year development programme.
