Maintenance and services of Qlik licenses. In addition, it is possible to purchase and swap licenses, as well as courses and consultancy services for this contract. The contract duration is 2 years with an option for 1 year + 1 year. SPK has used QlikView since 2014 and in recent years has also utilised QlikSense for data visualisation, analysis, reports and prognosis within the following areas: — stock, — premium, — pension payouts and insurance payouts, — SPK’s delivery process, — client and member data, — consequence analysis in the event of law changes, law amendments, the base amount, wages regulation, etc. — management reports. We have procured approx. 120 QlikView licenses and approx. 105 QlikSense licenses. We will continue to use both QlickView and QlikSense for the near future and during the contract period we will have a need to both purchase new licenses and to convert licenses from QlikView to QlickSense etc. so that SPK at any given time has the licenses we need. In addition, SPK may have a need for consultancy services during the contract period in regard to license amendments, etc. There may be a need to utilise the tenderer's course offerings. The procurement also includes an option to purchase the QAP module (QlikAnalytics Platform) including CPUs. The current maintenance contract expires 31.12.2019 and SPK intends to establish a new contract. The contract duration is 2 years with an option for 1 year + 1 year.
