The provision of Non-Emergency Patients Transport (including HDU vehicles) and Shuttle Bus services for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and associated sites, The Royal Marsden Hospital and associated sites (including the Institute of Cancer Research). The process will be run as a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation where the Authority has the option to negotiate defined elements in stages 3 and 4 of the process. Lot 1: Non Emergency Patients Transport services and HDU provision The provision of non-emergency Patient Transport and HDU services for the hospital and community units. The contract will be for 5 years with a further extension of 2 years and then a further 3 year extension which will be determined by a market benchmarking exercise. The total maximum contract length will be 10 years. The total maximum contract length will be 10 years.. The procurement will be undertaken under the Competition with Negotiation procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, reg 26(4). The entire process will be carried out using an e-procurement portal. Additional information: This agreement will be awarded by the Authority where the intention is to appoint one NEPTS and or Shuttle Bus Service provider on behalf of Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Additional NHS Trusts within the Integrated Care System ("ICS") may also join, in agreement with the Authority, at any time within the agreement as set out in the ITN. Lot 2: Shuttle Bus Services The provision of Shuttle Bus services for the hospital and community units. The contract will be for 5 years with a further extension of 2 years and then a further 3 year extension which will be determined by a market benchmarking exercise. The total maximum contract length will be 10 years.. The procurement will be undertaken under the Competition with Negotiation procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, reg 26(4).
