RFI / Market Research Provision of consultancy services for the review of the Aircraft Noise Competent Authority (ANCA)

Description

The Department of Transport (DoT) intends to run a competitive procurement process seeking a person or persons to conduct a review of ANCA in accordance with Section 3(9)(a) of the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019. The objective of the review of ANCA is to examine, report and if necessary, make recommendations on the performance of ANCA of its functions in the context of relevant international, European and domestic requirements in addition to international best practice.
