Description

Devolved Schools Programme 2 – PIN Notice – establishment of a project management (including technical advisory services) team for delivery of school projects. Services to be provided will include but not be limited to: (i) Programme/project management; (ii) public procurement; (iii) employer representative; (iv) cost management and quantity surveying; (v) architectural; (vi) planning/statutory consents; (vii) mechanical and electrical; (viii) civil and structural; (ix) safety and health; (x) fire safety; (xi) other specialist advisors considered necessary. The intention is to publish a Contract Notice in Q1 2019. Further information will be published on www.etenders.gov.ie when it becomes available.
