Description

The purpose of this PMC is to gather market information for the provision of Health and Safety Training, Consultancy and Advisory Services to the Public Sector. The Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform is considering the establishment of a future Central arrangement for the provision of Health and Safety Training, Consultancy and Advisory Services to the Public Sector to enable them to be compliant under the 2005 Act. The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989 covered occupational health and safety for all workers and all places of work.
