Description

Lot 1: To assist the Board of Iarnród Éireann and its Senior Management Team in discharging its responsibilities, expertise and advice may be required in the following areas: — Corporate Governance, — Safety, — Rail Operations, — Civil Engineering, — Mechanical Engineering, — Signalling, Electrical, and Telecommunications, — Commercial, — Finance, — Information Communication & Technology (ICT), — Human Resources and Industrial Relations, — Port Operations, and, — Project Management. It is proposed to establish a ‘Qualification System’ of experts in the above areas from which particular assignments may be sought in accordance with the process set out in the pre-qualification questionnaire attached. This is a qualification system with a duration of 36 months.
