Hanover HA sought expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers for the provision of asbestos survey services and asbestos removal works under single-supplier, 4-year Framework Agreements as follows: — Lot 1: Asbestos Survey Contract (North Region), — Lot 2: Asbestos Survey Contract (East Region), — Lot 3: Asbestos Survey Contract (South Region), — Lot 4: Asbestos Survey Contract (West Region), — Lot 5: Asbestos Removal Contract (North Region), — Lot 6: Asbestos Removal Contract (East Region), — Lot 7: Asbestos Removal Contract (South Region), — Lot 8: Asbestos Removal Contract (West Region). The areas were defined in the ITT. Call-Off Contracts under the Frameworks may be for up to 10 years. The Frameworks will be open to any other organisations (Section VI.3 below). Hanover appointed Echelon Consultancy to assist them with the procurement of the Framework Agreement and Pretium Frameworks Limited (Pretium) to manage the Framework Agreement.
