Provision of Consultancy Services to carry out a condition survey for City Hall, Kingston upon Hull, Mini-competition Lot 3

Hull City Council (The Authority) is advertising an opportunity from the Council's Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework using mini competition with Lot 3 Building Construction Engineering to provide a consultancy services to carry out a condition survey, 3D scans and produce a REVIT model of the City Hall building, including external facades, retail units and basements, Kingston Upon Hull. The Contract is anticipated to commence on 04th August 2025 and ending by 17th October 2025. Further information is contained within the Scope of Works/tender documentation.
