Lot 1: The Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI) is seeking a fully managed end-to-end solution to meet its case management needs. The standard functionality of the chosen system must be the best possible fit for the ISI’s requirements and require the least number of customisations. The required solution must include all of the following components: • fully hosted Case Management System to meet all requirements currently in scope. • user authorisation and user management component. • training delivery and training material to support a successful implementation. • annual software support and maintenance. • development services to deliver key enhancements as identified by the ISI, after the initial contract period. • fully managed application, database, and server environment. • compliance with required legislation.
