Description

On behalf of Helse Sør Øst RHF/Akershus Universitetssykehus HF (Ahus) [the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority/Akershus University Hospital Trust], Sykehusbygg HF invites tenderers to participate in a contest for architect services in connection with the design and engineering design for the project ‘Collection of hospital based mental healthcare at Nordbyhagen’. (Abbreviated to the PHN project). The remaining consultancy services will be subject to contracting in a separate tender contest. The total scope of the concept phase is estimated to be 13 700 GFA (including parking) and approx. 80 beds. It is assumed that alternatives will be investigated that show project implementation in 2-3 stages and that are adapted to the health authority’s economic capacity, where psychosis and high security psychiatry are solved in the first stage and age psychiatry and possibly adult rehabilitation and youth psychiatry are taken care of in later construction stages. The project will be led by Sykehusbygg, and the project group is put together by representatives from clinics and property from Ahus.
