Fire Engineer Stage 3+ Plas Gunter Mansion

Plas Gunter Mansion Trust is seeking to appoint a Fire Engineer with experience of working on heritage buildings.The Trust was awarded a Delivery Phase grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund in early October 2025 to conserve and transform Gunter Mansion, a Grade II* listed 17th century building in Abergavenny.We have also been awarded £300,000 of match funding which has to be spent by the end of March 2026 so we have confirmed the appointment of the existing base build designers who will undertake several discrete packages of work and the RIBA Stage 4 design.The Trust wishes to appoint an experienced Fire Engineer as soon as possible to work with the Design Team.More information on the proposed works and community project is appended to this notice.
